After my exam on friday (it went well) I spent some time driving around the campus of OSU (my alma mater) and looking at houses for sale. This beaut lists at $459,000 and is just south of campus in the Victorian Village.
The monthly mortgage payment on this house across 15 years at 5.8% would be $3,793.17.
There goes that idea.
